Mola Arrow Win is a puzzle game published by Chorthip Clegg, New Zealand, under the Lamola Universe brand ("we", "us"). This policy covers this game, its web version and these supporting web pages. It does not cover other Lamola apps.
Your game progress stays on your device. The game does not require an account or run a live advertising network. iOS versions offering coin packs use Apple In-App Purchase. Android versions use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to verify purchases and deliver coins. The current web game does not offer real-money checkout. Support messages, app-store testing and visits to our website involve separate data practices, explained below.
1. Information stored by the game
The game stores your completed levels, performance stars, earned coins, boosters, selected cat, companion rotation, tutorial status and settings such as sound and haptics on your device. This lets you continue playing and keeps your preferences between sessions.
We do not upload these game saves to our servers or offer a game account or cloud-save service in the current version. In the web version, your browser keeps this information in local storage. Device or browser backups may keep copies according to your own backup settings.
The current game does not request your name, date of birth, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library. Cat voices and opening videos are prerecorded assets; they do not record you. We do not include an active third-party gameplay analytics or advertising tracking service.
2. Support messages and app-store testing
If you contact us
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, any name shown in your message, the message itself and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Providing it is optional; you can play without contacting us. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or information unrelated to your request.
If you use TestFlight
For TestFlight beta testing, Apple collects crash logs and usage information and makes testing information available to us. This can include device and app-version information, tester details such as name and email, and feedback or screenshots you submit. We use beta-testing information to investigate issues and improve the app, in accordance with Apple's TestFlight rules. We do not share TestFlight testing data or feedback with third parties.
See Apple's TestFlight privacy information. TestFlight's automatic testing data is separate from the game saves described above.
If you use Google Play testing
Google processes your Google account details and testing activity when you join an internal, closed or open Google Play test. Google may make tester information, including the email address used to join and information about use of the test version, available to us so that we can operate the test, investigate problems and improve the app. Google handles this information under its own privacy terms. You may leave a test using the opt-out link on its Google Play testing page.
3. Coins, advertising and tracking
In iOS versions offering coin packs, Apple handles checkout and payment through the App Store. The game receives Apple-signed transaction information, including the product, quantity, transaction identifier and any revocation, to verify and deliver coins. It stores the purchased-coin balance and credited transaction identifiers in the device Keychain, preventing the same purchase from being credited twice.
In Android versions offering coin packs, Google handles checkout through Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to retrieve available coin packs, validate transactions and maintain the virtual-coin balance. The app creates a random Mola Arrow Win purchase identifier that is not based on your name, email address or Google account. RevenueCat receives this identifier together with technical information such as device type and operating system, app-use timing, Google purchase tokens, product and transaction information, and purchase status. RevenueCat processes this information for us to provide purchase validation, purchase history and virtual-currency services. We do not configure RevenueCat advertising integrations for this game.
Apple, Google and RevenueCat do not provide us with your full payment-card details. The current web game does not offer real-money checkout. For their practices, see Google's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The current release does not include an active ad network, advertising identifiers or rewarded-ad buttons. Older beta versions may contain a local screen labelled "Demo Ad"; that demonstration does not send ad-viewing events to an ad network.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-app targeted advertising or track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If a future version introduces live advertising, cloud purchase storage or other data collection, we will update this policy and the relevant App Store privacy disclosures before enabling that processing, and provide any required choices or permissions.
4. Visits to our website
Our website and these policy pages are hosted by Vercel. When you visit them, Vercel processes technical request information such as your IP address, browser and system information, requested pages and request times to deliver, operate and protect the website. Vercel may also derive an approximate location from an IP address.
We have not added advertising cookies, analytics scripts or third-party font services to this policy page. The web game uses local storage for the game information described in section 1. Website delivery and security logs are separate from native, on-device gameplay.
For the host's practices, see Vercel's Privacy Notice.
6. Retention and security
Local gameplay information remains on your device until you reset or remove it, or your device or browser removes the stored data. Purchased-coin records are stored separately in the device Keychain and retained to preserve unspent coins and prevent duplicate credit. Keychain records may remain after deleting the app and are not transferred by our app to another device. Backup copies of gameplay data are controlled by your backup provider and settings.
On Android, the random purchase identifier is also stored locally so the same RevenueCat purchase record can be used between launches. RevenueCat retains purchase records and related technical information as needed to provide its services and meet legal obligations. Contact us if you want us to request access, correction or deletion from RevenueCat; transaction information may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting or other legal obligations.
We retain support correspondence and app-testing information only as long as reasonably needed to resolve requests, investigate issues and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying information. Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Vercel retain the information they process according to their respective policies.
We take reasonable steps to limit access to personal information and protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Online policy pages use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
- Reset your progress: open the game's Settings, choose "Reset Game Progress" and confirm. This resets gameplay data and preferences. It preserves the purchased-coin wallet and purchase records so a gameplay reset does not erase paid coins.
- Remove local data: delete the installed app using your device's delete-app option, or clear this website's stored data in your browser. Offloading an iOS app can keep its data, and separate Keychain purchase records may remain after deleting the app. On Android, deleting the app removes its locally stored random purchase identifier, but store and RevenueCat transaction records may remain as described above. Manage any device or cloud backups separately. We cannot access, remotely erase or recover your local-only game saves. Contact us if you need help understanding what is stored.
- Stop beta testing: choose "Stop Testing" in TestFlight or use the opt-out link on the Google Play testing page. For information held by Apple, visit Apple's Data and Privacy page.
- Contact us about your information: you can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need limited information to verify your request.
You can also raise a concern with your local privacy authority. In New Zealand, contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
8. Children and families
The current game does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information to play, and it has no player chat. Parents and guardians can manage purchase permissions using Apple Screen Time and Ask to Buy or Google Play purchase controls, and can contact us about information a child may have sent through support or testing feedback. If we become aware that information about a child was collected without a required permission, we will take steps to delete it or otherwise address the issue as required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We will keep this page up to date as the game and its services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. For material changes to data practices, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.
